Following the Government announcement on 06th January regarding the updated Level 5 restrictions I wanted to clarify its impact on our Business. All our Joe Duffy Group Dealerships remain entirely focused on supporting our customers and colleagues. As an essential service provider, we have a duty of care to our employees and customers. We remain fully compliant with all HSE guidelines. We provide our teams with PPE and all social distancing, hygiene and hand washing etiquette is enforced across the Group.

Servicing and Aftersales

Our Aftersales departments are classified as ‘essential’ services and will remain open as usual.

When bringing your car into our dealership, you will notice that our COVID safety procedures are well and truly established. The feedback we have received from customers who have visited our dealerships has been very positive. This feedback is partly due to the space we have in our Dealerships and the procedures we have implemented.

Sales Departments

Our sales departments will not be able to physically welcome customers into our showrooms during the level 5 restrictions. However, all our sales teams are available digitally and on the phone. Our customers can book a virtual appointment with a member of our sales team, where you can see your potential new or used car in real time with a sales executive on hand to help.

We have a huge range of thousands of cars available  with photographs and videos and we provide a Click and Deliver service.

  What you can do   What you can’t do
  • Book a service or repair and attend an Aftersales appointment as normal. Service bookings available Monday to Saturday.
  • Enter the sales area of the showroom.
  • Collect your pre-ordered new or used vehicle that was ordered before 7th January 2021 from our Dealership.
  • Collect a new or used car that you have purchased after 7th January 2021.
  • Purchase a new or used car remotely or online with our click and delivery service. We will deliver the car safely to your home.
  • Take a physical test drive.
  • Receive a valuation for your vehicle via our digital appraisal platform on our website. 
  • Visit the showroom for a valuation.
  • Receive a finance quotation or submit a proposal.
  • View cars physically in our showroom.
  • Request a virtual video appointment from one of our Sales Executives, live from the dealership.
  • Buy parts over the phone with delivery to your home.
